Fracture Fixation of the Elbow
At MISC, we have significant experience in arthroscopy of the elbow.
Some fractures may be amenable to “arthroscopically assisted” fixation, such as radial head fractures, unicondylar humeral fractures, capitellum fractures and coronoid fractures associated with elbow dislocations. Percutaneous fixation may avoid large open incisions in these situations.
Radial head fracture fixation with percutaneous cannulated screws.

Uni-condylar humeral fracture fixation with percutaneous screws.

Other fractures around the elbow may require Open Reduction and Internal Fixation with plate and screw systems.
